Replacement part. Replacement timing chain, you have a choice of single row or double row. The 2002 originally came with a double row chain and the later E21 320s had a single row chain. Both are strong enough for 200+ HP. If you switch from double to single you must also change the sprockets on the cam and crank. I use single row chains on my race engines.
