replacement/performance/race. These are late-style Valve Stem Seals for your M30 cylinder head rebuild. They work with late-style valve guides and feature a nice Viton Rubber seal. It's a very good idea to retrofit these (and the guides) when rebuilding your early cylinder head. In conjunction with the late-style Valve Guides these will fit on early M30 heads.
